GENERAL FEATURES

The V210CS cylinders have been designed for actuating threaded cores on plastic injection moulds by integrated racks. The advantage of this solution is the compactness in overall dimensions, the standardization of all components with consequent price advantage and the specific application field design and accessories. The unscrewing device can be provided of one or two racks with customized length, a wide range of modules for actuating one or more cores in one time.

  • Available bore range: 32,40 and 50 mm.
  • Stroke range 300, 400 and 500 mm.
  • Single rack version or double rack version.
  • Module range: 0,5, 1, 1,5, 2, 2,5.
  • Fine stroke adjust and rack start-up positioning adjust for an easy setup of the cylinder on any unscrewing system. Rear side oil delivery version for an easy access and simple installation.
  • Accessories available on request: custom rack length, special oil delivery, integrated magnetic end stroke switches.
TECNICAL FEATURES
  • Max. working pressure: up to 210 bar - 3045 PSI.
  • Max. working temperature: 80°C - 170°F
  • Chrome-plated steel rod, hardened and polished. Thickness of chromium plating 20 m and surface finish 0,4 m Ra, for a longer durability of the seals.
  • Steel rod seals-cartridge with PTFE+ Bronze seals with FKM O-ring. Guide rings are in polyester or phenolic resin for a high resistance and a long life. This solution with separate seals lodging from the body simplify the seals replacement.
  • Special aluminum alloy Piston, in two segments with syntherized magnet ring and PTFE+ Bronze seals with FKM O-ring. Guide rings are in polyester or phenolic resin for a high resistance and a long life. “Non magnetic” version can be built with steel piston.
